1) THE AGENT WHO WANTS TO JOIN IN THE FLYING,THE AMOUNT OF SALE MUST BE OVER USD500,000.
2) THE AGENT MUST SERIOUSLY PERFORM THE DUTY OF FLYING AGENT WITH
SINCERE ATTITUDE TO SELL THE PRODUCTS OF FLYING AND IT CAN NOT DENIGRATE THE REPUTATION OF FLYING.IT WILL BE DISQULIFIED OTHERWISE.
3) THE AGENT CAN NOT MANAGE THE SAME PRODUCTS OF OTHER COMPANY IN PRINCIPLE.

3、 AGENT SELECTING STANDARD
1) THE AGENT WHO WANTS TO MANAGE THE PRODUCTS OF FLYING SHOULD APPLY TO JOIN AS THE AGENT, THEN IT MUST BE EXAMINED AND APPROVED BY MARKETING BUSUNESS DEPARTMENT OF FLYING COMPANY AND SIGN THE AGREEMENT WITH FLYING .

II. THE AGENT MANAGEMENT METHOD OF FLYING THE AGENT AND FLYING COMPANY BUILD THE LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIP THROUGH THE AGREEMENT.BOTH SIDE SHOULD REALIZE MUTUAL BENEFIT,ESTABLISH THE FLYING BRAND AND DEVELOP THE MARKET OF FLYING SPARE PARTS UNDER THE FOLLOWING MARKETING POLICY:

1、THE PROPAGANDA AND NETWORK CONSTRUCTION OF AGENT OF FLYING COMPANY
1) THE MARKETING BUSINESS DEPARTMENT AND EVERY AFFILIATED COMPANY TAKE CHARGE OF SUPPLYING UNIFIED PROPAGANDA OBJECTS ABOUT BRAND AND PRODUCTS.

5)THE AFFILIATED COMPANY OF FLYING COORPERATE AGENT OF FLYING ACTIVELY TO SET UP THE NETWORK OF SECONDARY DEALERS.

1) THE AGENT SIGN THE YEAR TOTAL SALES TARGET WITH FLYING COMPANY EACH YEAR.
2) FLYING COMPANY SUPPLY A PACKAGE INCLUDING PRODUCTS LIST 、PRICE POLICY PROCEDURE DOCUMENT、UNIFIED ADVERTISEMENT PROPAGANDA OBJECTS AND SOUVENIRS

4、 QUALITY GUARANTEE

1) FLYING COMPANY OFFER FOLLOWING THREE GUARANTEES COMPENSATION TO THE PRODUCTS OF AGENT A AMOUNT DIFFERENCE B DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORTATION C VARIEY DIFFERENCE:VISIBLE EXTERNAL AND INNER QULITY PROBLEMS

6、 INFORMATION FEEDBACK AGENT MUST MAINTAIN THE BASIC DATA IN COMPUTER TIMELY AND ACCURATELY AND FEED BACK THE ANALYSIS REPORT FORM TO THE FLYING COMPANY.FEED BACK THE INFORMATION ABOUT OTHER SAME PRODUCTS AND DEMAND AND INCREASING POINT IN THE MARKET TO FLYING COMPANY.
